i do know that life is beautiful. stituation will try to tell me otherwise, it will alter my sleep or eating patterns, it will change the way i wake up or move, it will try to convince me that things are different than what i want them to be.

but in those moments, i take a moment for myself and breathe. deep. i breathe and don't think and smile. there are things in my life i cannot change. but there are things in my life that i cannot change that i will not let change me.
